On September 7th I decided to visit and tour the retired oceanliner, Queen Mary. You can read my travelogue report here. On the return trip to Azusa, I stopped by the Ham Radio Outlet store in Anaheim, where I had been employed during the early 1980s.

In the following map the red arrows show my 39-mile route (in 41 minutes) across the Los Angeles area from Azusa to the Port of Long Beach, the location of Queen Mary. I did the 54-mile return leg through Anaheim in 1:15 hrs. (Click on the map to enlarge.)
